Events & Class Policies :
** Once you sign up for a class or event, we'll get back to you with in 24 hours with a confirmation and link to pay. A non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the initial email to hold your reservation.
CANCELLATION/ DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY:
ALL Classes, and events are non-transferable and non-refundable. By registering , you are guaranteeing your seat/or calendar date for which someone else cannot register.
Regarding Private Parties and CAMPS:
Private Parties and Camps deposits are non-refundable. Parties requires a $120. non refundable deposit to save the date.
Note: We understand special circumstances and always try our very best to work with our loyal customers if at all possible. Please understand that this policy is based on our effort to bring you the best programs possible which includes managing our cost of supplies, staffing, and class sizes. THANK YOU!
Deposit is due within 2 days of payment link being email. Any remaining payment is due on the 1st day of class. You may pay at the door. * We accept online payments or cash only. If you are unable to pay online, please make arrangements with owner, within this time period. We highly recommend you sign up early for our classes & events. So much that we typically offer advance discount tickets. With this being said, we reserve the right to cancel any & all classes if they do not meet the minimum attendance required or for hazardous weather conditions. Pre-Paid deposits will be returned if this is the case. See you soon.
Pick up policy for Art work :
All art work left at the studio must be picked up and/or complete within 60 days of initial class. After which, peices are used or disposed of at the discretion of the studio. If you have an item that needs to be glaze, you can wait to sign up for an "Open Studio" time or make an appointment to complete Monday - Thursday.
